The Suite Sunshine is a beautiful 1100 square foot home nestled at 6,000 feet in the Sugar Pines and Incense Cedars of Yosemite National Park. This home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a fully modern kitchen equipped with microwave, gas range and dishwasher. The master bath has a 6-foot spa bathtub. There is a gas grill located on the deck, which has a view to the sunsets through the pine treetops. The suite is equipped with a TV and a VCR with a large movie selection. The Suite Sunshine is centrally located between Yosemite Valley, Glacier Point and Wawona. Each of these wonderful destinations is within 16 miles of the Suite Sunshine. In the summer the Suite Sunshine provides easy access to Yosemite Valley and a peaceful respite from the rest of the Park’s visitors. In the winter, The Suite Sunshine provides unique and quick access to Badger Pass ski area, only 7 miles away. • Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 11:00 am.
• NO PETS.
• Absolutely No Smoking! The Suite has a strict indoor/outdoor no smoking policy.
• NO wedding receptions or parties exceeding the number of registered guests.
• No maid service.
• Quiet hours in the Yosemite West community are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• Please leave the property in the same condition as it was when you arrived.
• For road and weather conditions, call 209-372-0200.
• Snow chains are required to be carried November through April.
• During snow conditions, chains may be required to reach the property.

Rates and Reservations

• Spring/Summer season rate (April 1 - October 31): $225 per night (double occupancy), $25.00 per extra person per night, three-night minimum.
• Fall/Winter season rate (November 1, 2006 - March 31): $175 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night, minimum two-night stay.
• Holiday rate: $225 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night, minimum three-night stay.
• Add 10% county bed tax.
• Ask about our extended-stay discount.
• Maximum number of guests for Suite Sunshine is 4. All guests must be registered. Undeclared extra guests will be charged $50 per guest per day.
