Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 11:00 am.
NO PETS.
NO SMOKING.
No maid service.
NO wedding receptions or parties exceeding the number of registered guests.
Quiet hours in the community are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am strictly enforced.
Please leave the property in the same condition as it was when you arrived.

Snow chains are required to be carried November through April.
During snow conditions, chains may be required to reach the property.

Rates and Reservations

2007 Spring/Summer season rate (April 1-October 31, 2006): $295 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night.
3 night minimum in summer, 2 night minimum in winter, 3 nights preferred. 3 nights required during holidays. Will rent for 2 nights if available slot is only 2 nights.
2006/2007 Fall/Winter season rate (November 1 - March 31) $200 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night
Holiday rate: $350 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night.
All guests must be registered. Undeclared extra guests will be charged $50.00 per guest per day.
Add 10% county bed tax.
We accept visa and mastercard. Call to make reservations.
Maximum number of guests for Mt View is 8.
